Zipper Pouch in Main Compartment

11" x 8" (28cm x 20cm) zipped pouch sewn on the interior back panel approximate 2" (5cm) below the top of the pack. 

Zipper Pouch in Lid

Zipped pocket giving you the entire underneath the entire lid. Lined with lightweight waxed canvas in Orange. 

 

Back Support Sleeve

Large sleeve sewn to the interior back panel of the pack designed to hold a pad, plastic sheet, or any item used to help give structure to the pack to increase comfort and stability. Sleeve is the full width of the pack. The height of the sleeve is approximately the height of the pack mins 5" (18cm) or just below the leather piece the shoulder straps are riveted to.

Matching Sternum Strap

Leather 3/4" (2cm) buckle strap designed to loop through the D-rings standard on larger Meandering Maker packs (currently all versions of the M3 and M3 Junior).

Leather and hardware will be matched to those choices on your pack. 

Matching Bed Roll Straps

Pair of 1" leather buckle straps designed specifically for lashing items such as blankets and skins to the tabs found on the top and bottom of all Meandering Maker packs as well as the bottom of the Gen II Haversack.

Canvas and hardware will be matched to those choices on your pack.

- Main pack: 24"H x 8"D x 14"W (61cm x 20cm x 36cm), approximately 44 Liters
- Open draw-string left/right side pockets: 12"H x 5"W x 5"D (30cm x 13cm x 13cm)
- Dual front pouches: 12H" x 4"D x 4"W (30cm x 10cm x 10cm)
- Thick bridle leather fully covers bottom 3” (8cm) of pack
- Chrome tanned leather covered shoulder pads
- Axe sleeve between front pockets
- Solid brass D-rings on either side of axe sleevE
- Two rows of bedroll strap tab on lid and on bottom of pack for lashing gear of all kinds
- Solid brass O-rings with 750lb paracord lashing on either side of pack
- Main compartment draw-string closure with 750lb paracord
- Space behind one side pocket is open all the way through for slipping an axe, saw, bow, rifle, etc.
- Water and UV resistent 15 oz. waxed canvas
